Hundreds of people looking for work on Thursday were linked to an unknown amount of money and abandoned in downtown Nairobi. Job seekers had to send thousands of shillings through the mobile money transfer service M-PESA an individual who is stranded as a potential employer only for her to finish in a city street has been done.
